Something I've been trying recently is wild swimming. It's been really fun actually and it's getting easier each time. It doesn't hurt that I'm lucky to live near some of the most beautiful places in the country, if not the world.

It's a bit too soon to tell if it's making any long-term difference, but I do feel like I have a bit more energy so far. Certainly in terms of mental health it's definitely been a good thing!
I think the benefits of cold water are well known - I've been trying to make myself take cold showers, but I just can't make myself do it during the winter! I've heard others speak of it being beneficial for Long Covid, so here's hoping.
